Still can't quite believe you've gone, we've been part of each other's lives for over 30 years and I guess I thought that would never change. Every time I've come here and thought about putting down a few words there's been more memories, more situations, more scrapes and close calls all come flooding back. We shared many of those defining moments that happen in life as we grew up, school, college, parties, road trips, pubs & clubs, beer festivals, car shows etc etc. The one constant was that we were always laughing, one day laughing so much that I couldn't even drive the car any more. Even though we grew apart geographically speaking every time we met it was like the last conversation had only finished five minutes ago. At least I still have those memories and while much of what we got up to should stay where it is there are things that are so funny I might be tempted to spill the beans if anyone asks.........The mystery of the cat with green paws, The day you got arc-eye welding up your snapped BMX, The night your air bed got a puncture at the VW show. You were a true friend, a great engineer, amazing artist and I am privileged that you were part of my life. The world truly is a poorer place without you. Fly free and shine on. Ed
